30" Kalyana Balaji In Rose wood, this is a premium quality artifact carved by highly accomplished Shaaranga artisans.  Every minute detail has been carved to perfection, Rosewood is a very hard wood and very difficult to bring out the finer details in it; only the best and experienced artisans dare to carve master pieces in it.                                                                                                                 Every Master Piece carved in wood  is a story of dedication, perseverance and excellence. In  ancient  Bharat,  the carpenter held an  important  place in the social life  of the  village  and   was   in fact   called  the  Sutradhar. Mention of sutradhars is  also  contained in  the  Rigveda where elaborate directions as to  the  season  and  manner of felling a tree, seasoning of the wood and the  making of different articles are  given.  With  this  background, artisans of Shaaranga definitely continue to enthrall by  their  intricate  and  beautiful  work.
