Eligibility Criteria for Returns

General Requirements

  • Time Limit: Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Condition: Products must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels.
  • Proof of Delivery: Unboxing photos/videos must be shared within 48 hours of delivery. Requests without proof cannot be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Incorrect Product: Wrong or mismatched product received.
  • Defective or Damaged: Any genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

Ineligible Reasons & Products

  • International orders
  • Customized or bulk orders
  • Furniture & paintings (fragile/bulky)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Minor handmade variations (normal in handcrafted items)

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customer must use a trackable shipping method.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Pack the item securely in original or safe alternate packaging.
  2. Include proof of purchase, order number, invoice, product images, and reason for return.

Exchange Process & Requirements

  • Must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

  • If the item fails QC checks, no exchange/refund will be issued.

Resolution (Credit Notes)

  • Credit Notes: Provided for exchanges only. No monetary refunds.
  • Validity: 3 months from issue date.
  • If replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
