• Avoid Abrasive Materials: Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on any furniture surface.

Protection from Heat, Cold, and Moisture

• Use Protection for Items: Always place a hot pad or coasters under warm or cold items (like mugs, dishes, or glasses) to prevent ring marks and heat damage.
• Candles and Heat Sources: Avoid placing burning candles or hot irons directly on any furniture surface. Use candle holders to prevent melting wax and protect the finish from heat damage.
• Sunlight Exposure: To prevent colours from fading and wood from drying out, avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight or near windows where it receives harsh light consistently.
• Moisture Prevention: Protect furniture from moisture by avoiding direct contact with damp walls. If moisture appears, wipe it promptly using a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.

Specific Care for Glass Tops (Dining & Centre Tables)

• Routine Cleaning: For regular cleaning of glass tops, use a dedicated glass cleaner (like Colin) and a microfiber cloth for a streak-free finish.
• Prevent Scratches: Avoid dragging or sliding items across the glass surface to prevent minor scratches that can affect the finish.
• Use Coasters/Mats: Always use coasters under drinks and placemats under dishes when using the table.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

General Requirements

• Time Limit: Items must be returned within ten (10) days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
• Condition: Products must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached.
• Proof of Delivery: Unboxing pictures/videos within 48 hours of delivery are required to process any refund or exchange request.

Eligible Reasons for Return

1. Incorrect Product: Item delivered does not match the website description or wrong product delivered.
